The Modern Bath Remodel

Located in Thunderbird Country Club, this interior renovation centered on two in-depth primary bath remodels, along with updates to a custom bar and walk-in closet.

With design and renderings completed in-house, So-Cal Builders helped reimagine the bathrooms for modern living—introducing expansive glass, integrated lighting, refined fixtures, custom cabinetry, and carefully selected stone surfaces. In one bath, an original stone feature wall was preserved and reworked into a more contemporary spa-like setting, blending the home’s existing character with elevated amenities and a lighter, more modern feel.
